From Fashuuun to Tech Hun:

I started out hoping to be the next Jimmy Choo, following in his footsteps (Pun intended) and enrolling at Cordwainers London College of Fashion, where I Graduated with Merit and was a Runner Up for The Cordwainers Award Competition.

I then ended up working for Jimmy Choo (also meeting the genius himself) and working with another Creative Prodigy, Nicholas Kirkwood.

My path seemed clear-cut and progressing along nicely, when I accidentally stumbled upon Adobe Softwares and learned to master them. I did this for the sole purpose of trying to please and impress the Designers I so highly admired and especially to make up for where I thought I lacked. Serious Case of Imposter-Syndrome.

Being slightly on the Clumsy side and struggling with Drawing and cutting straight lines, patterns or designs (Imposter-Syndrome Continued) I was ecstatic that I found tools (Adobe Illustrator) that could solve that problem for me! Yes!

Helas, of course not without a bit of frustration in the beginning stages of learning the softwares.

That’s when I discovered my surprising passion for finding ways to make learning a software simpler for like-minded, ADD, Overstimulated, Overwhelmed, impatient professionals like me.

I wanted to create a Course that I myself would be able to follow. Slow-paste, Step-by-step, encouraging and without too many distractions.

I can be very sensitive to sound so I also did my best to ensure High-Quality sound. (Countless mic-tests, all kinds of fancy Tech, sound-proofing my room, installing Cat-Trees to reduce Echo, and so on)

Seeing my number of students grow all over the world brings me joy and fulfillment (and lots of Dopamine hits, especially when they post heart-warming Reviews)

And I haven’t looked back ever since.
